Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor

The FreeStyle Libre 2 is an upgraded version of the original FreeStyle Libre sensor, offering continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to help you track your glucose levels throughout the day.

The small, discreet sensor is worn on the back of the upper arm and continuously measures glucose levels in the interstitial fluid. Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days and is water-resistant, allowing it to remain in place while showering, swimming, or exercising.

You can use the FreeStyle Libre reader or the FreeStyle LibreLink app to scan your sensor and view your current glucose reading, up to 8 hours of glucose history, and an indication of the direction your glucose levels are heading.

For the most complete picture of your glucose levels, scan your sensor at least once every 8 hours.
